Cocoa nibs are nothing more than small fragments of the cocoa bean. They bring even more benefits than dark chocolate. But eating the pure cocoa bean is not so easy because of the bitter taste. Cocoa nibs, however, go very well when mixed together.

Cocoa nib flour is rich in flavonoids, the beneficial substances in red wine, which are highly antioxidant and thus protect the arteries and heart.
