Cashew nut flour is a good source of magnesium; this mineral works with calcium to maintain healthy muscles and bones in the body. It also helps promote normal sleep patterns in menopausal women.

Cashew nuts have a high energy density and a high amount of fiber, both of which have been attributed to a beneficial effect on weight management, but only when consumed in moderation, they also have a high copper content which is vital in energy production, increased flexibility in blood vessels, bones and joints.
