Hammer Mill Vieira MCS 350 (10 hp)

The MCS 350 Single Centrifugal Hammer Mill (10 hp) is the second mill in the MCS series.

It is a larger grinding machine than its predecessor (MCS 280 Hammer Mill), as it is equipped with double the motorization, in this case 10 HP/hp. However, production in Kg/hour is almost triple.

This grinding equipment can work continuously and provides excellent productivity combined with optimum final product quality where, from 80 kg/hour in micronized grinding with Ø 0.3 mm hole mill screens (Conical Hole), it is possible to achieve fine granulometric standards of up to 100 MESH depending on the product to be processed.

The Vieira MCS 350 Mill (10 hp) is the right equipment for those who need to increase their production capacity without giving up space and flexibility when grinding various food products. Easy to handle, robust and compact, it is ideal for good production in small spaces and also for places where electricity is limited, as it uses a motor of only 10 Hp.

Made from 304 stainless steel or 1020 carbon steel with white epoxy paint.

As this is an industrial Mill, even though it is small, we recommend using three-phase power to connect the 10 hp motor.

This Mill, model MCS 350 (10 hp), comes with an easy-to-connect star-delta starter.

It comes with an instruction manual in Portuguese (Printed and Digital) explaining the whole assembly and installation process.
