Hammer Mill Vieira MCS 190 (3 hp)

The Simple Centrifugal Hammer Mill – MCS 190 (3hp) is a small semi-industriall mill manufactured by Moinhos Vieira. For those who want to start processing and don’t have the space or a three-phase power structure in their establishment.

It is a grinding machine that can work all day, providing excellent quality combined with good productivity, where we achieve outputs from 10 kg/hour in micronized grinding with screens for mills with Ø 0.3 mm holes (Conical Hole), and which makes it possible to achieve fine granulometric standards of up to 100 MESH depending on the product to be processed.

Easy to handle, robust and compact, it is ideal for small spaces and also for places where electricity is limited. We consider the Vieira Mill MCS 190 (3 hp) to be the ideal equipment for anyone who wants to start a business in the food industry.

Made from 1020 carbon steel with white epoxy paint.

The MCS 190 model hammer mill, despite being semi-industrial and small in size, has been designed to run on MONOPHASE power for the motor drive.

This 3 hp, single-phase unit comes with a starter switch equipped with an ammeter, simplifying the connection process.

Included in the package is an instruction manual, available in both printed and digital versions, which details the entire assembly and installation procedure, all in Portuguese.

Facilities required

As this is a semi-industrial hammer mill, even though it is small, we have dimensioned this equipment to use MONOPHASE power to connect the motor.

This Mill, model MCS 190 (3 hp – single-phase), comes with a starter switch with an easy-to-connect ammeter.

It comes with an instruction manual in Portuguese (Printed and Digital) explaining all the assembly and installation.
