The Double Centrifugal Mill – MCD 530 (20cv)
is the first centrifugal mill in the MCD series manufactured by Moinhos Vieira.
In this Mill, the product to be processed goes through pre-grinding in the first grinding box (smaller side), where there is a larger caliber screen, and through a connecting pipe, the pre-grinded product is automatically transported to the second grinding box (larger side), where the final grinding is carried out and the desired granulometric standard is achieved.
With a production capacity of 180 kg/hour using a 0.3 mm screen (conical hole) in the second box (larger side), it is a mill widely used in the industry for Mimosa cornmeal, rice flour, cinnamon, pepper and other spices.
We recommend that an industrial electrician install this Mill, as it is a more robust piece of equipment.
This Mill, model MCD 530 (20hp), does not come with a starter, but we recommend using a soft-Starter.
