The Double Centrifugal Mill – MCD 680A (60 hp)

Used by major industries such as Yoki, Seara and Guabi, this equipment enables high production in the manufacture of micronized products. As it is a double mill coupled to aspirated rotors, even in fine granulometries, this Mill provides uniform grinding without an increase in temperature in the final processed product. Due to the pre-grinding that takes place in the first grinding box (Lower Side), the pre-grinded product is transferred through a pipe which automatically supplies the second grinding box (Upper Side), and then the grinding is completed, thus achieving the required granulometric standard. Double grinding increases production capacity compared to motorization, providing better energy efficiency for the Mill.

Successfully applied to various products such as cornmeal (1000 kg/h), rice flour (1000 kg/h) and micronized pre-mix formulations (500 kg/h), it can use conical screens from 0.3 mm installed in the second box (larger side), achieving production capacities from 500 kg/h in micronized milling.

The Vieira MCD 680A Mill (60 hp) is already a medium to large industrial mill. It is very well suited to companies that need good productivity in micronized grinding, as the double centrifugal grinding system enables a better ratio of electric motor performance to final production.

Made from 304 stainless steel or 1020 carbon steel with white epoxy paint.
