Hammer Mill Vieira MCS 280 (5 hp)

The MCS 280 Single Centrifugal Hammer Mill (5 hp) is the smallest industrial mill manufactured by Moinhos Vieira. It is a grinding machine that can work continuously all day long and provides excellent quality combined with high industrial productivity starting at 30 kg/hour in micronized grinding with screens for Ø 0.3 mm hole mills (Conical Hole), and which makes it possible to achieve fine granulometric standards of up to 100 MESH depending on the product to be processed.

Easy to handle, robust and compact, it is ideal for small spaces and also for places where electricity is limited. We consider the Vieira MCS 280 Mill (5 hp) to be the ideal equipment for anyone who wants to start a business in the food industry.

Made from 304 stainless steel or 1020 carbon steel with white epoxy paint.
Easy to replace spare parts such as hammers, screens and rotor.

As this is an industrial Mill, even though it is small, we recommend using three-phase power to connect the motor.

This Mill, model MCS 280 (5 hp), comes with an easy-to-connect direct start switch (PDW).

It comes with an instruction manual in Portuguese (Printed and Digital) explaining the whole assembly and installation process.
