Soy flour is unique in taste and very high in protein and fiber isoflavones. Soy contains complete protein with all the amino acids essential for human nutrition. It is also a good source of dietary fiber, calcium, iron, magnesium and phosphorus.

Toasted Soy Flour is used as an additive, texturizer, thickener and, due to its absorption capacity, increases the protein enrichment yield. By adjusting the proportion of its use, it can replace powdered milk, flours, gelling agents, thickeners, eggs, etc. It is gluten-free, ideal for celiac diets and due to its low carbohydrate content for diabetics. It is used to replace flour by up to 30% in recipes, soy flour is also used as a thickening agent in baked dishes, and is also used to condition bread dough.
