Goji berry is the fruit of the Lycium barbarum plant, native to the mountains of Tibet. The flour is extracted from this fruit and dehydrated.

Goji Berry Flour has an antioxidant function, helps prevent cardiovascular diseases, inflammatory diseases, and the immune system, in addition to fighting free radicals, slows down the process of premature aging and even prevents the appearance of some types of cancers. It is rich in soluble and insoluble fibers, which help to improve intestinal transit and also gives the feeling of satiety.
