We manufacture small, medium and large industrial mills for chocolate chips!

Due to the constant need to reuse waste from the food industry, Mills Vieira has developed a line of grinding equipment for reprocessing chocolates and products with high fat content.

These mills are used to manufacture chocolate “flours”, where the pieces or residues, usually from the chocolate manufacturing process, are reprocessed and micronized through grinding and this resulting powder or flour is reused in food factories.

Mills Vieira has several customers who use its mills for grinding almonds.
